Enrollment Information  

Age Requirements:  A child attending the center must be at least 3 years of age and potty trained.  A child can be no older than 12 years of age by date of admission.  Each child is unique and we will work with parents and guardians to meet unique needs.  If it becomes apparent that we are not equipped to meet a child's needs we reserve the right to relinquish the responsibility of care to the parent.

Registration:  At the time of registration, parents make a commitment to a block of time and the days of the week that this block of time will be used. 

Non-Refundable registration fee at the time of enrollment and annually in the fall thereafter:

$35 per child or $50 per family and $15 per child activity fee.

For non-contracted drop in care:

$30 per child once a year, which includes a $15 activity fee.

Families that commit to a block set of time for the year will be considered contracted and will receive one one contracted week of vacation credit per year.  For example: my child is contracted for 3 half days of care per week; I will be given 3 half days of vacation credit to be used as payment for 3 half days of planned absence/vacation time.  If you are going to use your vacation credit, you must give the director at least one week notice in writing or you will be charged for the time missed.

The program has limited enrollment based on licensed capacity.  Priority will be given to full time enrolled students.  Non-contracted drop in care are welcome but will need to call in advance to determine if space is available.
